César Flores has extensive experience advising public entities, companies in the financial sector, banking, industrial, mining, department stores, contractors, among others. He prepares reports on private and public labor law and acquits inquiries about the daily problems of employers, as well as reviewing their internal documentation, especially in matters of collective law.
In the same way, César has advised on administrative procedures before SUNAFIL, the Ministry of Labor and Employment Promotion, and EsSalud, both individually and collectively.
He is part of the judicial patronage of the clients, litigating from the organs of first instance to the Supreme Court of Justice, including negotiations with the magistrates, both with the previous and the New Labor Procedure Law.
