Professional Experience

Daniel specializes in Competition Law, with extensive experience advising various companies on matters related to the application of consumer protection regulations, unfair competition and free competition. He has participated in the sponsorship of companies in various procedures before INDECOPI, advising on responses, investigations, inspections and claims related to these matters.

In addition, Daniel provides adaptation services to personal data protection regulations, as well as reinforcement of corporate procedures and practices of companies in this matter. Similarly, Daniel provides advice on procedures followed before the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data.

Additionally, Daniel provides general corporate advisory services, with an emphasis on contract structuring and preparation of corporate and corporate documents and legal reports. He has extensive experience in mergers and reorganizations, and in acquisitions and sales of companies, including due diligence and negotiation of terms and contracts.
