Diego provides expert advisory on public infrastructure concession contracts, public and private works, and services in various key sectors, such as transportation, energy, sanitation, water treatment, mining, and housing.

He regularly advises clients in alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, whose disputed subjects usually involve aspects of public and private law and technical and economic-financial elements.

In the field of arbitration, Diego participates in defense of clients in national and international disputes, including arbitrations administered by the ICC International Court of Arbitration and ad hoc arbitrations under the UNCITRAL Rules. Likewise, he intervenes in expert determinations related to infrastructure projects.

In addition to his participation in the aforementioned mechanisms, Diego advises clients in contract management, dispute prevention, and claims procedures, as well as in structuring and negotiating contract closings.
