Flavia Granados focuses on consultancy on the hiring of national and foreign personnel, productive decentralization, remuneration structures, termination of labor ties, as well as in the preparation of audits.

She has special experience in dealing with labor inspection procedures, as well as in the design of defense strategies in judicial labor proceedings.
