Javier has twenty years of professional practice, in which he has participated in the sponsorship and defense of natural and legal persons, both public and private, before the Judiciary, Constitutional Court and Arbitration Courts, in civil, constitutional, commercial and administrative matters. ; highlighting the successes obtained in cases of disqualification of companies to contract with the State, annulment of administrative fines, controversies over the purchase and sale of shares in companies in the plastics sector, on the sale of gas, execution of penalties in the hydrocarbons sector.
