Professional Experience

José Luis specialises in advising national and foreign companies involved in the construction, transport, sanitation, and water treatment sectors.

Within his experience, José Luis has advised several clients during the execution of public and private infrastructure concession projects subject to international procurement standards. He has also advised clients whose contracts are public works contracts and are subject to national procurement regulations.

José Luis has also advised clients in the resolution of disputes carried out through conciliation, DABs and arbitration.

Within this area, José Luis has represented several clients in proceedings administered by the main arbitration centres in the country, as well as participated in arbitrations administered by the ICC International Court of Arbitration.
