Professional Experience

María Teresa Cuba offers solutions to labor problems that are generated by workers at different levels, evaluating and analyzing different alternatives, in order to avoid contingencies that disturb the normal development of client operations.

She specializes in the management of inspection procedures and disciplinary administrative procedures initiated by the Labor Inspection Authority. She also represents clients in legal labor proceedings and provides advice and support on disciplinary measures, individual and collective labor matters, social security and legal aspects of Occupational Health and Safety.
