Professional Experience

Miguel specializes in arbitration, civil law, and civil procedural law. He advises several clients, before arbitration courts and the Judiciary, in disputes related to breach of contract, nullity and ineffectiveness of legal acts, indemnity claims, real estate, enforcement of guarantees, constitutional law and corporate disputes, among others.

In addition, he actively participates in preparing legal reports and strategies to anticipate and resolve disputes of any kind.
