Professional Experience

Víctor specialises in corporate criminal law, economic criminal law, military-police criminal law and compliance, and has solid knowledge and experience in criminal proceedings involving organised crime and corruption of public officials (white collar crime), having worked as an assistant prosecutor in the Equipo Especial de la Fiscalía Supraprovincial contra el Crimen Organizado. His professional practice ranges from the analysis of the criminal act to the drafting of the strategy and design of the case theory.
